2 way radio question

I was thinking I read somewhere in the TWRA handbook that the use of two-way radios to help harvest and animal, example deer turkeys, was against the law. Like if I radioed a buddy I was hunting with to tell him deer or turkeys were on the way to him. Did I read that in the handbook somewhere?

Unless something has changed since I left, it is not a violation. It is a major part of our bear hunting community, so I think I would have heard of the controversy if it was changed.

It is a violation in some other states.
