Yamaha does in all sizes. What size are you looking for?
Brand new 2 strokes? If so, I wasn't aware of this.
Here is a link I found. It seems like they can be had unless I'm missing something.

Ok weird. I just called a dealer and he said they don't make them anymore. I stand corrected?

Mercury stopped making the 2 stroke. I don't know about other brands.

Due to EPA restrictions, NEW two stroke outboards are no longer sold because they don't meet emissions restrictions. Used 2 strokes are still available for sale. This all came about around 2006 or so.

From what I understand, Evinrude is the only manufacturer that can get the emissions to a permissible level. All others had to go to 4 stroke.

Exactly. And the FEW I know that have the 2-stroke ETEC motors (50hp or so), they have all had some issues with them. I would call several boat mechanics and get their opinion on them before I spent any coin. Better yet, go 4 stroke Yamaha and never look back.
