I start by digging a small hole about 6in deep as big around as a shovel end. next I put my cable stakes in the ground 18in deep, take some loose dirt and put in the hole then put trap on loose dirt and push down firm, your want trap to be solid in the ground ( want move when you push on the edge of the trap) . now I take a 1inch pipe about 15in long and from center of trap come up around 10inches and over 5inches and drive pipe in the ground at a angle and make a hole for your bait. now I take peat moss and sift it over the trap then take the dirt you used to dig your trap hole and sift over the peat moss to blind it in. I like to take a log or something and put on the back side of the bait hole to make the animal come in from the trap side. Also when doing all this you don't want to touch nothing with you cloths or bare hands and also I use a foam pad to Neal on. Now if I want to catch foxes put some fox piss on the log above the dirt hole and some stink bait, to catch coyote use coyote piss and coyote stink glands in the hole. Or some stink bait.
