Not as much as a question but a statement. Our rules state 12 and under have to wear PFDs...which is awesome...but our rule book doesn't always read well as some may know. I have noticed lots of people misread this as if your 12 than your fine. Even tho it says 12 and under, it really means[color:#FF9900]UNDER THE AGE OF 13[/color] I seen a few post talking about this when I was browsing through but the threads where locked. Children not wearing PFDs is a huge pet peave of mine...it's just like a child not being buckled up on the road..it's almost a automatic ticket. Life jackets/PFDs save lives and they make them too comfortable these days not to wear one
