Sold/Expired 1,200 Acre Northern Wayne County, TN Lease

We need to replace a member that moved out-of-state for the 16/17 season. Low hunter to acre ratio with 8 members.
Terrain is hilly with pine ridges, fresh cut over (3 years ago), hardwood hollars & 5 small food plots (room for more). We currently have 6 shooting houses & 10 stands with plenty of locations for more. Borders hunt clubs on 2 sides & cattle farms on 2 sides. Great roads and 2 gated entrances.
We are looking for the RIGHT person who is willing to work to make the habitat better and follow QDMA practices. If you are interested and want to be considered, please reply and I can send map & club rules.
Cost will be around $800/year with guest privileges.

What about the turkey on the tract? Just curious. Havent hunted in Wayne County in years, but there used to be some great hunting there.

Several turkey on lease. Only 3 of the members hunted turkey this year, one taken, one miss, several seen & heard.

Wayne county borders Alabama, just North of the Mississippi/Alabama border. Lease is appx. 8 miles South of the Perry/Lewis county line.

Our rules allow one guest per member at a time. No limit on does but buck taken by guest counts toward members 2 buck limit.

We just got a opportunity to lease a additional 400 adjoining acres and would need to add 2 more members for a total of 10.
