Wayne County Lease

We have 2 openings left on our Wayne County lease.
It's about 900 acres on hwy 64 and butts up to the Eagle Creek WMA.
Mostly woods and ridges with some older clear cut areas and some select cut areas about 2-3 years ago.
Camping area with power, but no water.
10 members total for $450 each
Kids under 16 allowed, but no guests or spouses.
We really prefer someone from East TN as almost all the other members are from that area too.

I didn't think it would be very hard to fill a cheap lease like this; especially with as many people we have looking (not directed at Savage Knight, just in general)
