1/2 a backstrap

Marinated 1/2 a back strap in A1 Cajun, wrapped it in bacon, and smoked it over charcoal and apple wood. I know it's overcooked for a lot of you, but it's exactly how I like it. Delicious!

I must confess this was a buck I killed in Mississippi in January. I haven't punched a tag this year either.
My two gun seasons were a joke. Still harvesting corn up here in Yankee hell.
I sat in a tree watching a Monster truck Talley 200 yards away.😀
