Anyone have a lead on stakes in middle Tn? PM PLEASE. I'm looking for bulk without the cost (lumber scraps, etc…)

I have exhausted all of my efforts locating such though I know an opportunity has to exist…

Mt. Juliet but can make a trip for the right material.
There is a hardwood trim factory here in Camden that has all kinds of scrap wood for free.

I know the TWRA gets a lot of the stakes they use around here from them. They usually burn them once a week, but it's all free otherwise. I'm gonna drive by there later today, I'll stop and see what they have.

Soddy Daisy, yes it's a real place
Another thought is getting wooden pallets and popping them apart with a pallet bar. I have one and it takes all of a couple of minutes to pop one apart. Then you can rip the boards in half or just cut one end into a point. 3C337FF5-09A2-4073-B145-27C018CB8A60.jpeg

I may try that. Last time I dealt with pallets it was with a crow bar and hammer. I swore never again. Thanks for the tip.
