Tackle box question

Nearly all my life, I've been a live bait fisherman. I seldom needed more than some hooks, sinkers, and a couple floats. Last year, when they announced Cherokee lake catfish were no longer safe for regular consumption, I had to change my target species. Now it's bluegill, walleye, crappie, and rock fish (striper). I've been buying a bunch of artificial lures.
Currently, I have 2 of those bag type tackle boxes. I'm trying to keep one for live bait tackle, and one for artificial. The artificial bag is a mess. It's packed with so much stuff, it's difficult to find anything.
Does anyone have any suggestions for organizing this stuff? What system to use, etc.

Thanks

So I use the hard plastic dividers for all my hard baits, also have a separate storage container that is specifically for spinner and buzz baits. And they make soft plastic containers for things like rubber worms and creature baits. I will post some pics for you.

So the pics in order are
The worm wrap is for your soft plastics, the spinnerbaits storage you can store and organize your spinnerbaits and buzzbaits in, the storage trays are for your hard plastics and you can store hooks, sinkers etc in these trays also. You can store the trays inside the bag that I sent a pic of also. A lot of these bags come with the storage trays already so you don't have to buy them. Hope this helps out, I was kind of in the same boat has you a lot of catfishing. Started doing more bass fishing this year and had to get myself organized.

The majority of my fishing is for bream with some crappie thrown in occasionally.
This is the same bag I have. My son gave it to me for Christmas a few years ago.
I love the little pliers holders (one on each end) I use for for regular needle nose pliers and the other for the little bitty ones that you need sometimes for bream.

It has one box that straps on top for stuff you use every trip and it has 5 more inside.
Pocket on the front and one on each end.
I absolutely love this box.

All the boxes are clear so you can quickly see which one you wanna grab out and get something from.

Ruger, is that a hard box with a wrap around it, or is it soft....does it collapse if nothing is in it?
