Finally found a couple jars of minnows in stock at tackle direct.
Ordered them and they finally made it yesterday.
Two 2 ounce jars is what I ordered.....

So now I gotta wait on a return label email, box it back up and send it back and THEN they will send what I ordered.
Can NOBODY do their job anymore?
Just amazing.

i had almost thought they quit making jars of them a couple of years ago when they only had those packs of 10 anywhere. that was for every style. i bought enough to last me a couple of years ago but down to 1 open jar each. im fixin to stock up again.

lol, dont let them dry up on a jig you want to keep.

I save my jars and if it gets that rough I will buy the packs and dump them in the jars. The jars are just handier to Me.

Urine sample jars are better, they don't leak. Just a tip for ya.
I was wondering if they actually leaked. I carry them around in my pocket and have ended up with some wet spots in my pocket and wasn't sure how it happened. I thought maybe I wasn't putting the lid back on square.

Yeah, kinda weird sometimes they don't leak at all and sometimes quite a bit.
I got tired of messing with it. :D

Had something similar happen last week with Amazon. My fam really like these particular protein granola bars for breakfast. Wife can only find 2 boxes at a go at the store and each box only contains 4 packs, so effectively one day's worth. I go to Amazon and find a 48ct big box. I order and what should arrive but 1 lousy 4 ct box that I paid $40 for. Thankfully they refunded me but, very frustrating.

Ayn Rand was a prophet. Prove me wrong...

Can you make a second order for what you want and return your current order for a refund? This would cut the time to receive what you actually want. As long as the company refunds your original order including shipping cost you should come out the same financially.

The only choice they gave me was to wait on a return label send the order back to them, then they will charge my card for the difference and ship the right stuff back to me.
Oh well, they will get here eventually.... maybe.

What I want to know is...well a few questions really. Are those real minnows? What are they preserved in, and does anyone not just catch their own? I haven't fished in quite awhile, my fishing buds have left the area and fishing alone just isn't the same, would rather be alone in the woods than on the water. Anyway, I would use a cast net to get a few minnows before I would start fishing, to at least supplement the few dozen I would get at the bait shop. Do these just work better, or what?

they are made out of water based resins that disperse scent into a small area unlike oil based pvc resins. they have action in cold water unlike pvc based baits. i havent used minnow in years.

in winter i like the gulp ice segmented blood worms. they are killer when bluegill are on the mud flats feeding on blood worms before
the hatch in feb.
