I know a lot of people are considering Lithium so I thought I would share my Dakota Lithium experience. My DL batteries came with their own chargers. One of the chargers died 5 months after the one year warranty expired. I sent an email and everyone I dealt with was top notch. They sent me a brand new charger ($89) at no charge. Granted my charger was only 5 months out of warranty, but they could've told me to pound sand.
