was trying to find it online and cannot see it stated anywhere.

friend of mine was at a store to buy some and was told they just took them off the shelf as they are illegal.

figured this was the place to check since I couldnt find anything.

First I've heard about it. I'd check the guide shouldn't be any different than limblines.

They're legal. You have to attach your name, address and phone number to each one like a limbline.
