It depends on the hunt and why the adult is sitting with them.
If it is the young sportsman hunt, the adult does not have to be license.
If it is a WMA hunt (quota or nonquota), the adult doesn't have to be licensed, but must wear the required blaze orange.
If it is due to an Apprentice License, the adult doesn't have to be licensed, but must meet the hunter education requirements.
