I know early morning and late afternoon or early evening are always going to be the best times for yote calling/hunting, but how successful can one expect to be mid-morning or mid-day when it's cold like it was this past weekend? I gave it a try mid-day on Monday, but didn't have any luck. I thought with the cold weather, even mid-day would've been worthwhile. Thoughts?

I've called in yotes mid day. I'll hunt more open areas early and late and hunt around the thicker stuff in mid day especially if we have cooler weather. Couldn't tell you how many I've seen out mid day in summer when you wouldn't think anything would move
