Probably gonna hit the rock points with a RT and S-JB. Got a new SB the other day that the brownfish should love. I put it on Saturday when I took the wife out and birdnested the rod I had it on so I never got to fish it. If that doesn't work with what I have seen lately on the finder, gonna try the Silver Buddy.

Little early but you never know.

I caught 3 SM today... just not 3 the size of the 3 you're holding up. Congrats.

Caught all 3 on bandits.
Thats what Ive been seeing on the Bandits, smaller fish, were catching em on soft plastics, worked v e r y slowly, many many casts between bites, then a flurry of action,2 or 3 bites in a few casts.

I haven't fished any plastic since bank in June. Just got away from it since I was fishing mostly with the wife and she can't get the handle of fishing plastic. Something has to set the hook for her.

I broke out the rods for plastic fishing yesterday morning and have it ready. I did put a drop shot on some fish yesterday but couldn't find a taker. Only tried for a few minutes.

With the SM being in the rocks, I'm gonna try a jig and some plastic on them later this week when I'm by myself.

Thanks for the info.

That 20 inch limit on Douglas, you don't see many overs here either. Of course I hope they keep it at least 18 if not 20. Tons of tourney guys are calling for a 15 inch limit and I'm totally against that.

We are getting a lot of SM here... and in another year or two we may be able to lower the limit. I just don't think it's time just yet. Since the 22 I caught a couple of weeks ago, I haven't caught another one over 15... but I'm no professional either.

Ive caught more "overs" since March this year,21" than ever before on the Hollow, and many maNY OVER 18" ON cENTER hILL.I hope they never lower the length limit,or the bag limit, myself.
