I'm mostly finished with this shooting house and thinking about going with plexiglass windows. Anyone close to Rhea Co. have any to get rid of at a bargain?

Just a tip when cutting, cut it with a high tooth cut circular saw and have a bottle of cold water, poke a hole in the cap and squirt it on the line being cut or the blade. The "melted" plexiglass/Lexan will flake off and make for a clean cut. Also it helps with not slinging melted stuff onto you

I actually used to do the opposite when fabricating guards for machinery. I would use a somewhat coarse (bimetal) blade on a jigsaw and it wouldn't melt the material while cutting.

I used an oscillating tool with a high-count tooth blade to cut the plexiglass and lexan for my hunting stand; it worked great and didn't split at all.

I use Lexan instead of Plexiglass. Much easier to cut and drill. No taping. I use a skilsaw to cut it and drill it with no issues. Just as clear and a LOT more user friendly. Oh and you can bend it. I'll put a piece in a break and bend it to make visors to go over the windows. It won't break doing that but plexiglass will snap if you try.
