I can NOT get 27 grs Varget in the 223 case,,and every manual I have lists 27.5 as max,,there is no way I can do that,,26.8 is all I can smash in thee,,

Go to Benchmark...Varget is only good when working with 69 gr+ in .223. 24.6 gr of Benchmark gives me 3K fps and is is accurate in several guns.
