Wisconsin doesn't need to recruit more hunters. If there was ever a state that was over saturated in terms of the number of hunters per the number of available acres to hunt, it's Wisconsin.

Just the R3 money train in action again. Ruining things for profit.

If this doesn't work, maybe their DNR will pay The Hunting Public to make a video about how great their turkey hunting is!

I believe that's mostly in the Northern part. Wolves have done quite a number on the deer up there.
