I live in Thompson's Station and am having a hard time finding a processor near me for my venison processing needs. C & F was the closest one I found via Google, but they stopped processing deer as of this year. If you know of any near/around Franklin/Spring Hill/Thompson's Station please let me know. Thanks!

Hit 840 and get off on hwy 100 west and Vaughn's is right there on the right.

I haven't been to "Vaughn's" in recent years but if it's in that same nasty little building that's been there forever as a deer processor/restaraunt just past pinewood road I'd drive farther to find another. Flowers might be more expensive but at least they have a good clean operation.

Jerico Williams in Columbia if his coolers aren't full right now. Sowell mill pike a few miles from exit 46 off I-65.

Only been there once when my normal guys freezer was full. I wish I had the know how to do it myself..
it's not hard, just takes a few times to learn where the muscle groups are and how they are attached to the skeleton. Hanging the deer by a gambrel is the easiest way to do it.

Not sure about the cleanliness looked fine to me? I️ have been very pleased with their cuts and taste of their summer sausage and ground with fat... Also much cheaper than Flowers. I️ think I️ remember them (Flowers) requiring next day pickup which can be inconvenient...
