My wife started hunting last year after 35 yrs of marriage and our retirements. She killed two does but said she wanted a buck first this year before killing anymore. It all came together this evening and she did a great job!

I am a blessed man! I get more excited when she kills one than she does lol.

The real miracle is she wanted to go deer hunting after 35 years of marriage. Congratulations to you both!

That is just nuttin but pure love and respect for each other . You are a blessed man and she is fortunate to have a man like you.
Congrats to her on her first buck 🎉🎉🎉

Awesome. Did she have any buck fever before or after the shot?
To be honest she has never showed any signs of buck fever on the three deer she has killed. She is calm as a cucumber, me on the other hand is a different story when she's getting ready to shoot lol.

She did get the " kill shakes " after the shot yesterday though.

Thank you sir! She is an amazing wife, mom and Granna!
This is a new little piece of property we gained access to about two months ago. I told her it's all hers and I wasn't going to hunt it. I put up my first ever cell cam, planted my first ever personal food plot (it's pretty much dead from the drought) and put her up a 7ft elevated quad pod. It's been a blast preparing for yesterday evenings events.
