That is freaking sweet, I love the paint combo too. Very nice set up indeed.

When I bought my '83 shovel lowrider it had 16" apes with 4" bones on it....................You talk about reachin' for the sky. It was the worst thing I ever road on..................

So far i really like it better than the factory bars. The handlebars hit me right at shoulder level or a tad higher. The biggest difference i can tell is that with the apes they are taller and wider, once you pull them back to you there is no reaching, there is alot less strain on my back and shoulders. I have not had any problems with my arms or hands going numd.

I'd be more worried about havein to cut holes in the elbows of my jacket to let the rain water drain!! LOL....just kiddin man :grin: ,...Anybody that hasn't ridden with apes don't know what thier like...you either love em or hate em I reckon!...

LOL...I will remember that in the first rain storm i get caught in.

I have a pair of black leather insulated/windshear gaunlets I wear when the temps dip down below 30 degs here. They are the nuts.
