Hitting the woods as soon as a get home from work me and My 2yr old gyp are gonna head to a meat hunt.

i'd like to get back into it. I just think my wife would understand.

Never shot a coon or possum, but I'm all game for it. Especially those ugly possums.... but maybe I shouldn't be so eager to kill an ugly critter when I love carp fishing so much and take good care of ugly fish....

Would love to get back into it. But between the wife, kids ,deer hunting, turkey hunting ,squirell hunting ,rabbit hunting and occasional fishing trip I dont think my wallet can stand it

I went for the first time last year, late in the season.

Enjoyed it alot.
Probably wouldn't have enjoyed it as much if I would have had to walk instead of ride the honda though. :D

there is nothing better than hearing a good hound come treed in a big bottom. You cant beat it.

got my beagles moved off. now the wife might talk to me about coon hounds.

Can't wait went for first time last year. Bought a pup then work sent me out of town, so my soon to be one year old pup has only been in woods once and not much training. Y'all think he can still produce or do I have me just a good companion

I've always wanted to go, but never really had the opportunity. None of my buddies ever had coon dogs. I'm going the first chance I get.
