Yep, killing me. I ate quite a few plates of Navy Beans (my Dad called them that, so it must be right).
Did some calculating. Over 2,000 plates. It was my first home cooked meal on returning from Vietnam.
Onion must be white. mebbe 1/2 thick slice. Cornbread has real butter. Ham must have bone.
If you pick through the beans and discard the pieces, rocks, dirt, and otherwise not pretty beans you get no real difference.
