If I broadcast wheat Sunday and it rains some will it come up in the next three weeks,even with no fertilizer??

I bushhogged mine 2 weeks ago , broadcast wheat and oats Oct 18 over about 8 acres. It's coming up nicely along with all the seed heads from the old stuff I mowed. If it rains and we don't have bitter constant cold it'll sprout.
