What's this gun worth???

The owner passed away some yrs back and all I know is he said he had it custom built. The barrel is stamped "Made in Belgium" "PV". Research shows that Belgium made a good number of barrels and recievers in the 1950's and sold them all over the world to custom gun shops. I suspect this is the case with this gun. Caliber 30-06. Anyone know anything about this gun or it's value?

looks to be a mauser action a really nice one from the looks of it like the double set triggers as far as its worth i'd say tween 500.00 an 800.00 possibly more

It looks like a Euro built probably German build on a FN Mauser action. It is probably 'worth' between $800 and $1200 depending on bore, scope, mounts and etc. One of a kind or few of a kind items make it more difficult to estimate potential value. Plateau Hunter

The double set triggers pretty much mark it as European made. I've got a Steyr-Mannlicher Model L with the double set triggers. I'd say the value of the gun would be around $800 to $1000.

I would be interested to know what it says on the action. If its a FN action, it would only help its value. Can you get some more pics? Regardless its a beautiful rifle.
