What type grill...

Just curious, what type grill does everyone use. I have a Big Green Egg, and would not take nothing for it. This has been the best investment I ever bought. They are expensive, but they have a lifetime warranty, so it will be the last grill you ever use. You can cook everything from pork shoulders to cooking pizza on it. If you ever ate something off of it, you will be hooked.

A cheap Lowe's brand for propane.

All I have is a good ole weber. I'd like to get a propane grill for the winter months though. It's hard to keep coals hot when it's 30 degrees outside...

I have a Weber for charcoal and wood. I bought my smoker from a welding shop on Summer Ave in Memphis. When I need to go big, I borrow a pull behind rig from a buddy:

I like my webber for charcoal.
I like a cheap gas grill that has the lava rocks for gas.
Hate the fancy gas grill with the metal heat spreaders over the gas jets.

Bro-inlaw has a green egg and loves it.
Buddy has a bubba Keg and loves it.

I have a Brinkman electric trashcan style smoker and it works well for me.

Going to build a bigger smoker once I scrounge up the parts. Want something I can cook 4 butts and 6 racks of ribs on at once.

Did gas for 20+ years. Love the convenience, but charcoal just cooks better.

I use and sell the Primos they have more cooking surface than the Green Eggs.

CharBroil barrel type, with the offset firebox. I've got no need to spend $800 on anything I can't change the oil on or load bullets into.

My buddy made me a large custom smoker/grill from 3/16" stainless plate.It has offset fire box too.

it was scrap left over from a 30ft stainless church steeple he fabricated


he just showed up one day and said, "here, I built ya a grill"

Blue Ember - awesome model - has rotisserie burner - steak sear burner and 3 north and south burners - tank is stored and a pull out tray enclosed behind the door and two drawers for storage -

Got from Fiesta BBQ Grills in Dickson - when they had their 'warehouse sell off' like the do each summer - 1500.00 grill for 500.00

I use it about 350 days per year - and it's about 3 years old now and everything still works including the self ignighter
