Just curious what brand wise people are using as a group on here. I more mean what do you main when it comes to turkey season, not what all ones do you have or have had.

I am starting my season with a G2 Contender with an SSK .410 barrel and a Burris 1X scope. Apex #9.5 for ammo. I may swap to the Retay 20ga sometime during season, but unlikely.

I use a Browning BPS I bought when I was 15 (42 now). Its killed every duck, goose, and turkey I've ever killed.. I don't see myself ever getting rid of it unless the gun itself messes up. My Wife uses a Mossberg 535 and really likes it. Both are 12s.

probably gonna start off with this new Mossberg SA410 with sig red dot and factory choke, browning tss ammo...

I had planned on using my 870 20 gauge with 21 inch barrel, carlsons longbeard xr choke and xr ammo in #5s... but it patterns to the right and the other red dot if have doesn't match the footprint of the warne vent rib mount i got for it... so I'm in the market for a burris fastfire 3

possibly might use my Stevens 301 410... or drag out ole pappy 870 12 gauge with the carlsons xr choke and xr ammo.

Probably use my old Mossy 500 with the lil 4x32 shotgun scope. May take my Hatfield but I don't want to use heavy loads in it because you can't get repair parts. Hatfield is out of bussiness

I have an 870 20G 21" bbl that I tote most of the time (and have for 10 years) and a Weatherby SA-459 20G 22" bbl that is fun to tote too. I much prefer light, compact, and barrel length 22" or less. I'm a stickler on barrel length.

I've always preferred Remington shotguns.

Not sure we will ever see the level of quality at the $300 to $500 price point they achieved back in the 80s and 90s.

My SP-10 was $750 when I bought it. It felt like I sold a kidney when I wrote the check, but I've gotten my money's worth out it
