It's a warmouth. Rock bass are similar but lighter colored and more greenish, like this:

Warmouth definately. caught many of them as well as rockbass, green sunfish etc.

Also note that the rock bass(picture) has 6 anal fin spines, whereas the warmouth(original picture) has 3.

Cant you also tell if it is a warmouth by two or three spines and the front of the anal fin (I think its the anal fin at the bottom rear),

No tooth patch = a green sunfish hybrid.
