What is TN laws on retriveing wounded/dead deer?

I think my next door neighbor's hunters (they live in AL) shot and wounded another deer. The deer ran onto my property when I last saw it.

What is the TN law on retrieving dead or wounded deer on property you do not have permission to hunt on or permission to be on?

Do they have to ask - per the law - or are they allowed to come on over even without permission.

I couldn't find it doing a search on the TN deer hunter's guide.

A hunter must have permission from a landowner to enter their property. It is illegal for a hunter to track or retrieve game from property where they don't have the landowner's permission.
