What’s your favorite .22LR target/range ammo?

I've owned various .22's over the years. I've had feeding failures with semi-autos, and I've had case swelling with .22 revolvers.

I have never had a failure to feed or a swollen case with CCI Mini-Mags. I use Copper Plated Hollow Points and Round Nose. I get a little better accuracy with hollow points than round nose. I would have guessed the opposite, but that's the results I got.

What do you guys like?

Target, ie competition grade ammo, to me, is determined by the rifle I'm shooting. It'll usually settle on a certain brand and sub name of that brand, and then there's lot #s to sift thru.

That said, the one rifle I've been using as my primary comp rifle likes SK and Lapua.

When I was shooting 22 benchrest I was using Eley Match (black box) in an Anschutz
1710 D HB. It's like Mup said it takes some sorting through a lot of ammo to find what your rifle likes. My go to ammo is usually CCI std. vel., sometimes I use the Waltz die to hollow point them.

For target I like RWS R50 but idk if you can get it now or not. For semi serious shooting I like Wolf Match or SK Standard Plus. For plinking around CCI SV

RWS in any flavor has been hens teeth for over a year now I think. Rumor is that it'll be dropping soon tho. Lapua has been dropping the last couple of months tho.
