went this morning before work

Had the perfect wind to start off :grin:, 15 minutes after I got in the stand, had a 1.5 year old 7 point come down the perfect trail for the wind and feed under my stand before moving on. He will be a great buck in a couple of years. Had a BIG bodied deer bust out of some thick stuff as the wind shifted right in his direction(the opposite of where it was supposed to blow.

All in all a good morning. Getting to hunt before work is pretty cool.

Cant wait for tomorrow. hope the rain holds off. If it rains ill be waiting on sunday!

yeah. I have a couple's retreat with my church tomorrow(are my priorities in order....but then I am off Monday....gotta love being a banker just in time for the very cold morning!
