...and am a little dissapointed in this spot. I checked out the new wma, Parkers branch and it wasnt what I hoped it would be. Sure, there was deer sign, PLENTY of cover, and a good variety of food sources including hard and soft mast, but there is literally no tree on that whole wma that you can put a climber on. There are very few mature trees and the ones that are there, fork very low. So it looks like im gonna have to just use ground blinds and use all my ninja skills when setting up in the morning due to the closeness of everything in the woods. The whole point of this post is............ I cant wait till season gets here and im still gonna hunt the mess outta this place! Im pumped!
