Went fishing today

Caught several bream, enough for a mess anyway.

Largest was 9"

Felt good.

Quit before I was ready because they kept taking the worms deep and I have apparently lost my forceps and broke my line trying to get a hook out with regular needle nose pliers.

Man caught a bass.

Well it was almost time for the anchor to get home from work and man wasn't catching much so I was ready.

Hey, last year at this time I had caught over 700 fish.
Today made the second time I have been fishing and until today I had caught ONE fish, so it's all good.

Man caught a bass.

Use barbless hooks. Mash the barb down with pliers. It makes the hook easier to take out.

But it also makes it easier for fish to throw the hook, too.
