I'll have to give you the recipe to make this:

Back now. Okay, here is the resippy.

Slice skinless turkey breast into long slices about the width of two fingers. Wash well in cold water. Marinade for about 30 minutes in two beaten eggs and one cup of bourbon. Remove from marinade and shake off excess. Dredge or shake in well seasoned flour and fry as you would chicken. When done, place on plate and cover well with your favorite grated cheese. I like cheddar and swiss. Microwave until cheese melts and sprinkle sliced jalapenos on top. Cut into bite size pieces and serve.

sounds good, thanks for the recipe. i was thinking that was quail eggs or something lol. glad i didnt try to guess at it.

can you taste the bourbon very much?

You get just a hint of the bourbon. Of course all the alcohol, or at least 99% of it cooks out. I have also tried it with cola instead of bourbon. Not bad, either.

Oh, almost forgot. This recipe is fantastic with duck or goose breasts and except for melting the cheese in the microwave, is a snap to fix in the blind. Just add the melted cheese quickly and it will mostly melt from the heat of the dish.

A few days ago I got some turkey breasts from last year out of the freezer. I cut them small like 1 inch cubes and put them in some seasoned flower and fried them. Then made a buffalo wing sauce, some (hot sauce, butter, and a little cajon seasoning) and made the turkey like boneless hot wings. It was really good and just took a few mins to make the whole deal!
