Guess in my old age, I don't understand this anymore. If weighed on a powder scale, would the weight be 100g? At one time, I had my powder measure set for 100g but it may have been messed with. There are only rings on the powder measure and they are not marked.
Several years ago, I would NOT have had to ask this.
Thanks Ray

No, the actual weight of a 100 grain volume charge of Triple Seven 2F powder would be 77.2 grains. If you have one of the common Thompson Center volume powder brass measures, then 5 clicks up, from fully closed, should be 100 grains by volume.

I will attempt to answer.
By weight it means an equivalent weight of black powder. In other words a powder measure that throws 100 gr of black powder would be used to throw an equivalent charge of 777, pyrodex etc.
777, Pyrodex, etc is measured by volume not weight.
I forget the actual weight of 777 that is equivalent to 100 gr of black powder, im sure someone else will step in that knows the answer to that one.
