You'll need to get out there and scout it. The deer are there. I got plenty of them on trail camera before we moved away from there early last year. There's pigs there, too, and I believe it's legal to hunt them.
I used to access it from the back side with a motorized canoe. But, I also found deer near the road on the front side. I'm guessing they were there because hunters rarely hunted that close to the road.
There are some large, nasty thickets in there and that's probably where you need to be scouting and finding spots. If you think you can hunt the fields and get easy shots, you will be kidding yourself. The deer rarely show themselves during shooting light. You might get lucky and get an open-field shot at first or last light. If you bow hunt, the inside corners of some of the fields can be productive in the late afternoon during the early season. You should be able to see which corners are being used.
One time I got down on my hands and knees and followed one of their trails into the core of a nasty thicket. I almost poked my eyes out everytime I moved forward. When I got to the core of the thicket there were deer trails coming and going in multiple directions, so picking the right trails to set up on is a guessing game.
If you go out there during the work week you will pretty much have the entire place to yourself.
