look at past flights, everytime you see the big figure 8s they fly really close to ponds. check it outall those big loops sure seem to be around ponds
big loops around the airport is common with many planes. buying time so other priority planes can land n take offNah, looks like a flight instructor plane... you prob just saw them practicing turns
look up who owns the plane......TN TFC LLC.....that could stand for Tennessee Farmers Co Op for all i know...could stand for Tennessee Fusion Center too, look them upNah, looks like a flight instructor plane... you prob just saw them practicing turns
They aren't even allowed to fly drones over private property without permission. Doubt they are surveiling private land from a plane. My wife asked if they could use drone footage that i could get, and was told no because if I flew over another property, even if it was inadvertent, without permission that would technically be trespassing.TWRA can't legally "gather intelligence" without the owner of the private property being aware, but they could get TFC to do it for them
in that picture i posted you see the figure 8s? this plane does this multiple times throughout the past flights, and every time it loops, there's ponds around. it sounds crazy i know, but so is the world we live in

buddy look up the tennessee fusion center n tell me what theyre about. They aren't even allowed to fly drones over private property without permission. You think it's trespassing to fly over private property in Tennessee? Based on the fact that Tennessee isn't big on arresting people walking on your property that actually are trespassing, I don't know. I see statutes about what drone images can be used for (requiring intent) but I don't see anything that says someone can't simple fly a drone over private property? Did you bother to check out the details of the owner, like the address. Here you go.buddy look up the tennessee fusion center n tell me what theyre about.
That's what the man said, he's been a game warden for quite a long time, he certainly didn't have any reason to say something that wasn't accurate. I took it as that he can't take something to a judge based on information gathered from an infraction, made sense to me.You think it's trespassing to fly over private property in Tennessee? backyard, just check previous flights paths and tell me theyre not checking out ponds
Do you happen to live under one of those circles or figure 8s ?
Asking for a friend. i have a buddy that never had this plane fly over him until the exact morning he busted on some birds...
Sure, he can't do that. I thought you were saying it would be trespassing for you to fly over something. Sorry for misunderstanding. That's what the man said, he's been a game warden for quite a long time, he certainly didn't have any reason to say something that wasn't accurate. No idea if the owner is checking out ponds, but doubtful that the owner is twra.backyard, just check previous flights paths and tell me theyre not checking out ponds
yes, EVERYWHERE, you see figure 8s they are passing over ponds. when we did surveillance from single engine planes in my younger days the camera man always wanted 90 to 120 mph and anywhere from 1500 to 3000 feet elevation...look up the numbers for the plane when it goes by ponds and tell me what they areThe zig zag over 65 coming from Ky into tn is ominous…. Looking for deer in truck beds?

backyard, legally it cant be TWRA, im not saying it is TWRA. im saying i believe the TWRA is using the tennessee fusion center to do the dirty work for them since the Open Fields Doctrine they operated by got shutdown in 2024. it sounds like a longshot i know but you start looking at the info and it's very strange. No idea if the owner is checking out ponds, but doubtful that the owner is twra.
