Anybody doing any good with them went friday night and not even a nibble on a light just thought I would ask how everyone else is doing? I have only fished for them over a light not sure how to catch them any way else.

i caught one on accident the other day haha... was fishing at normandy and was heading back to the boat ramp and decided to throw out a deep running crank bait to see if i could pick something up and sure enough i caught one...it was the middle of the day

We had been catching them up til the last 2 weeks on Douglas. Last 2 trips have been very unproductive for us.

I think it may be the full moon but would love to get on them agian I think this is the best eaten fish in the lake but every lake is no the same to catch them. Maybe it will pick back up shopson you on a light or casting?

Caught around 10 friday night at canter hill dam (no generation) only 4 were keepers...too many freakin drum out there to keep the bait out long enough. Caught a 25incher that night on a original floating rapala J-13 i think.. others were caught on nightcrawlers and spoons.

We catch them trolling during the day. We did the same last year and about mid July it was over then too.
