Great game.

JG was fantastic, and the OLine actually gave him a little time. We need to be throwing the ball more.

Finally had some breaks go our way, although until we recovered the onside kick, I kept thinking "how will we lose it this time?".

So happy for the players and coaches.

Also happy for the fans who made the trip. Hearing Rocky Top in an opposing team's stadium was sweet. I also had to sing along when they broke out into the chant "Bama's Ne-ext, Bama's Ne-ext" !

Oh I know. Just pointing out that not all Vol fans are screaming from the top of the mountain "we're back". Gonna take more than one SEC win to convince me. Either way I don't lose any sleep over it.
 
Gotta day it felt weird cheering on the vols this past weekend but man I sure loved seeing the put the spike strips out on the Gus bus and flattening his tires ..

No fist pumps for Gus boy .

Funny .. someone was correcting me just two weeks ago when I said they were not deserving of their top 10 AP spot and said they could beat some of those teams in the top 5.

Now??? They aren't even in the top 25 LOL

Early season polls are just that.... It's all guess work and normally pans out by mid-season. At the time AUB probably deserved just as much as Miami and several other teams that have dropped. The LSU rankings this week is a head scratcher..... :mrgreen:
