Two boys that played here in Chattanooga at McCallie highschool are playing for awake Forest. They are solid and I say they have a chance to go the distance but all bets are off in the World Series tournament
I'm hoping the Vols jump on 'em early and get the bats hot and play solid error free baseball.
Hope our game doesn't come down to the last inning like the two games yesterday, unless we win.

Tough one tonight- Skenes was great, got a little help along the way but he didn't need it.
Vols tried to make it interesting.
It sucks but it ain't over yet- we've got a lot of arms left and if our bats can settle in we've got more than a puncher's chance the rest of the way

Didn't see a lick of it. Went to my bonus son's 2 games and then the wife and I went to the lake and didn't come off until right at sunset. By the time we got the boat cleaned up and the drive home it was almost over when I checked the ESPN app. I saw Skenes earlier this year and he was phenomenal. Gotta bounce back and get the next one or gonna be a long offseason.
Skenes was phenomenal. The ump was terrible on both sides. I think the he was worse on us, but he was totally inconsistent. Was that Angel Hernandez??

Irrelevant now but did anyone figure out why the base runner got to continue to second base after hitting a single? Top of 9th I believe. The announcers had no idea
