Looks awesome - anyone have a procedure for making Vdogs? I have some meat I was going to jerk (easy now ) but I'd rather have dogs -

Buddy had some venison brats made up and they were really good. I'm gonna have to squirrel away some $ for processing next year for that, the venison bacon, and the peper and cheese salami.

I always appreciate a good high life. Nothing like the lady in the moon!
