Unloading firearm?

If one pessesses a concealed carry permit are they still required to unload a hunting firearm when transporting to/from/around a wma.

If you are covered by a carry permit, you can carry loaded weapons on a WMA. Long guns can only be loaded in the magazine and not in the chamber unless your life is in danger. You would need to articulate specific facts to justify that past "stuff can happen anytime" for that defense.
