Independent UConn football will play Vanderbilt in 2021.
Also scheduled for 2021 is Middle Tennessee and Clemson.
UConn will play the University of Tennessee in 2023.
An article about UConn scheduling mentions that several schools schedule games a decade in advance.
And Clemson and Oklahoma's home-and-home slated for 2035 and 2036, were scheduled in 2019, a full 16 years prior to being played.
Imagine needing to schedule a football game 16 years in advance,
The players would only be about 3 - 6 years old when the contract was signed.
