Turkey Hunting

Anyone else hunt the ole Thunder Chickens with their crossbows?? Do you use a blind or just count on your camo???

I have in the past, but it gets expensive when you lose/break and shaft, broadhead and lumenok.
Didn't use a blind.
Recommend shooting sticks to bear the weight of the x-bow while waiting. Just make sure the top of the sticks don't stick up too far and block the strings.

I've done it a few times but used a pop up blind

Both here........ pop up and sit. With the pop up your pretty much stuck in one location. It can be costly, bolts are pricey not to mention a good broad heads. But I will tell you thing, sending a bolt to a turkey is like watching it in slow motion. You will never forget the shot.
