My Mom has a farm near Lynnville. My brother and I are the only ones that have permission to hunt. We are having many people hunting on here that don't belong. How is the best way to handle this? I almost caught one today, however you never know how someone will react. That is why I am asking for your guidance. Thanks for all you do

The first decision that has to be made is whether or not the landowner will go to court to prosecute. If not, there is little that can be done from the TWRA side. I think your Mother could give you power of attorney to deal with it, but that is a question for your lawyer.

If she is willing to go through with prosecution, you should get in touch with the local officer by calling into the regional office and leaving your name and a call back number. That way, they can respond to a call and assist your mother in the prosecution.
