Dang, Steve! You have had your hands full with them! It doesn't look like they are hunting, though. If you catch them, you can tell them to be careful because you have gotten real good at digging lately, if you know what I mean :wink:

Talked to the co investigator last night, he's going to speak to the DA today and let me know my options.

If you know who they are you can seek warrants all by yourself. A DA and a LE Agency won't want to fool with misdemeanor criminal trespass. Just go to your local judge or judicial commissioner/magistrate with your proof and names addresses and when it occurred. If they find cause they can issue a warrant right there and have them cited into court.

So what next? If I get the warrants, cite them to court, then what? Do I have to show up to be sort of an attorney to prosecute, with pictures and other evidence, or how does it work?

Yes, regardless of who the affiant is if you are the landowner you will be prosecuting. You will receive a subpoena to appear. You will present your proof, they will present their defense and a judge will determine guilt, fines and costs.
