Was able to get out of work for an afternoon hunt today. The last week I have seen a bachelor group of four deer with a solid 3.5 year old 9 point enter a field I have been hunting twice from this area. Walked across the field today and found the exact spot. Found a tree in a dried creek bed to climb. Wind is good. Fingers crossed. If it happens it happens. If not, who cares. Beautiful afternoon to be sitting in the woods with a nice breeze.
