I am looking at buying a cuddeback or maybe 2. Is this the camera ya'll would recommend? I have heard people on here say no to the IR flash. What flash do i need? What camera is best for the money?

First of all, do not buy a Cuddeback. Horrible cameras.

Best for the money? Probably the Covert Black Flash. Stay away from IR, especially if you like to keep your cameras in video mode.

Don't get Cuddebacks. I like Reconyx and Moultries myself. But it's several out there besides Cuddebacks in my opinion.

Friends don't let friends buy Cuddebacks.

This times a million.

If you can afford them, buy Reconyx HC600. If not, look at the Covert Black 60 or the Moultrie i990. Personally, I use Uway VH200B cameras.

I wouldn't take 100 of the most expensive Cuddebacks if you gave em to me.. JUNK!!

Coverts and Moultries is all I use. Probably Covert is all I'll ever buy from now on.. I have several Moultries that I've used for a long time and I'm still using them. Can't beat the Coverts for the money and they are easy to use along with the best battery life I've seen..

Cuddeback cameras are a waste of money. Trust me, I own one.

I also own three Bushnell trophy cams and one Moultrie, all of which are less than two years old. For a $100+ camera, the Bushnell trophy cams are impressive. The trigger speed is unmatched for the price and Bushnell stands behind their warranty. I ruined one the week before deer season opened this year and I had a new one within two weeks.
