15yds on the ground,,,gotta luv it,,,bud says he can't hunt from the ground but, when things are right and come together, there's nothing like being eyeball to eyeball with'em,,,hmmm, he just thought I was a tree 
Took a good 6pt this weekend

No pics sorry,,,we've seem to have lost our camera,,,hmmm,,,kids,,,as far as drawing on him I was pretty well hid,,,I ground hunt alot,,,I just get tired of carrying a stand around the woods,,,I will build a blind around a tree if there is nothing natural around,,,I had a place in mind that had a good size tree with a dead fall in front but that left me to far off of what I wanted to hunt,,,I cut some smaller trees out of where I wanted my shooting lanes and made a blind around a tree big enough to hide me,,,I was already at full draw when he came around the tree,,,he wasn't the biggest buck in the woods but he's my best bow kill in a long time,,,gotta luv it.
