Thanks for the gratz everybody!!!

Ethan and I are still thrilled with this trip!

Overall score, he's actually the 3rd best scoring TN bird I've killed, behind a 25lb'er and a 26lb'er both with 1.5 and 1.75" spurs back in '97 (the same year). But the last bird I've killed with 1.5" spurs was 5 or 6 years ago... been a while :)

FWIW, the majority of turkeys that I have killed over the years with spurs measuring greater than 1 3/8" have been smaller framed lighter turkeys, in the 17.5-19.5 lb range. Because of this, I am not convinced there is any correlation to body size/weight and age of a turkey.
